Jehudith Feit, residing in Tel Aviv, Israel, seeks restitution for precious metal items and jewelry seized in Mościska, Poland, in August and October 1942. The items belonged to her parents, Jehuda Schulz and Ester Schulz, who went missing following their deportation to Belzec concentration camp. The applicant's siblings, Frieda Gold (née Schulz), Fanny Brod (née Schulz), Hermann Schulz, and Regina Schiffmann (née Schulz), also went missing in 1942. Jehudith Feit emigrated to Palestine in 1935. She was granted a hardship compensation of 2,400 DM for precious metal items in accordance with § 44a of the Federal Restitution Law (BRÜG). The case was handled by the United Restitution Organization (URO) offices in Tel Aviv and Berlin.
