Leon Jancovici, residing in Ramat Gan, Israel, seeks compensation for harm to liberty suffered, as he was forced to wear the Yellow Badge in Botoșani, Romania, from August 1941 to April 1944. His wife Ana Jancovivi suffered the same persecution measures in Botoșani. Born in Botoșani on December 16, 1929, he lived there until he emigrated to Israel in 1959.
